Still Learning!

Reminded again today of the expression 'prescription without diagnosis is really malpractice' this affects so many areas of my life.

Too often I start to try to provide a solution without knowing the full story - maybe it's a man thing?

Sometimes down to simply underestimating people, or simply by just not taking enough time to ask questions... and of course sometimes a solution is not even required.

So once again I have to keep learning the same thing over and over again until it just becomes part of who I am.
