How good is it when you are surrounded by people who can 'pick up the baton' for a while?

With Dean just going out and sorting the venue for our Creating Excellence day with Kent Police, and Jill, Kate, and Kathy taking ownership of their presentations for the young adults we are facilitating workshops for at Brands Hatch - everything just accelerates.

In the mean time the fantastic Kent Works team are putting in place the logistics of the Brands day, who was it said I love it when a plan comes together?

There is no doubt about in everything happens faster when you have the right people on the right leg, best get back to what I should be doing, I don't want to be the one who drops the baton!
