Loved one of the questions in Linkedin ' is it about customer service or customer satisfaction?'
Why? I guess it's probably because it's in alignment with our views on training- that most training doesn't work - it's not about training, it's about learning or ...'treat others as .... they would expect to be treated'
Only a small change in words, but a big change in thinking.Too often, and it's the same with networking it can become too much about me and not enough about you.
If I've been guilty (and I'm sure I have) sorry.
